The Beagles headline Food Truck Fest Afterparty at The Covellite
After a full day of food, fun and community, the party isn't slowing down in Butte, it's just moving indoors.
The Covellite at 215 W. Broadway in Historic Uptown Butte will host the official Food Truck Fest Afterparty this Saturday, April 25th with music kicking off at 8pm. The event follows Kate Huston's reception. Admission is free although a $10 donation is suggested to support the evening's entertainment and staff.
Headlining the late-night celebration is The Beagles, a genre-bending country band that has been gaining steady traction since forming back in 2023. The Beagles are known for their unpredictable sound and high-energy performances and blends influences that span decades. The Beagles create music that is as danceable as it is unconventional with a style that has been loosely compared to a mix of psychedelic cumbia, classic country, new wave and experimental rock. Think of Los Mirlos meets Johnny Paycheck meets Devo with a pinch of Ginger Baker for good measure. Unconventional? Check. Fun? Double-check.
The Beagles have built a reputation on turning shows into full-on dance parties with sets that feel spontaneous, slightly strange and undeniably fun. The kind of performance that doesn't just cap off a long day, it sends it off on a high-note.
Organizers say the afterparty is meant to extend the spirit of the Food Truck Fest, giving attendees a place to gather, unwind, and keep the energy going well into the night. So if you plan on spending the day sampling delicious eats and soaking up the festival atmosphere, consider this your invitation to stick around a little longer.
