It probably comes at no surprise that the highest gas prices in the state are here in Butte, America, as it is so much more expensive than other cities that it's basically a given at this point that you ask yourself, "Is it worth the drive to Bozeman to fill up on gas?" That may sound stupid, but so is paying an extra $0.12 a gallon.

By the way, why is gas so much more expensive in Butte? No one knows exactly why, but it's probably due to higher transportation costs, fewer competitors, local taxes, and operational expenses that drive up prices compared to other cities. So there you go.
