This Western horror film depicts the brutal reality of life during the winters in Montana in the 1800s was like. The movie came out last year and is a Paramount+ film. It's a solid watch.

3. The Shining

Ok, this might be cheating, but who cares? The Shining is a classic, and many scenes came from Montana. Going To The Sun Road is heavily featured at the beginning and the end.

Maybe one day, Montana will have a high-profile horror movie filmed here, but until then, we will have to wait.
