New Drive-Thru Restaurant Opening Soon in Belgrade
After months of curiosity and speculation, the mystery surrounding a new building in Belgrade has finally been solved.
Many residents have been wondering what business was moving into the building near Mackenzie River Pizza Co. Drivers passing the busy area have watched construction progress and repeatedly asked the same question online and around town: What’s going in there?
The owner has now revealed the answer.

A new locally owned drive-thru restaurant called Baboz (pronounced Baah Boz) is expected to open sometime in April. The quick-service concept will focus on convenient drive-thru dining, giving residents another fast and easy option for meals on the go.
According to information shared by the Belgrade Chamber of Commerce, Baboz will serve a menu centered around comfort food favorites. Customers can expect items like chicken tenders, sandwiches, salads, fries, and milkshakes.
The restaurant is designed to operate as an independent quick-service drive-thru, making it a convenient stop for commuters, families, and anyone looking for a quick bite.
Many locals had been asking about the building for months. Now that the details have been revealed, we can look forward to checking it out when it opens.
With Belgrade continuing to grow rapidly alongside Bozeman, new dining options are becoming increasingly welcome additions for residents and visitors alike.
While an exact grand opening date hasn’t been announced, Baboz plans to begin serving customers in April. Once it opens, the new Belgrade drive-thru restaurant could quickly become a popular stop for those looking for fast, convenient comfort food.
