Montana’s ‘Fire Fest’ Aims to Better Protect Our Community

BUTTE, MT - Did you know that coming up this weekend is an event that will not only bring you live music from some incredible local and renowned artists, tasty food and drinks, and plenty of space to hang out with family and friends, but will also bring you an opportunity to help the community at large?

Summer in Montana is always a time to be happy and joyous, since the usually long and dreary winter season has long since past, and warm, sunny weather brings opportunity to get outside and hang out with your family in the great Montana outdoors. Better yet, every town and community around the state bring out the big guns; in this case, that's literal.

Coming up on July 27th, 2024 is an event that combines everyone's favorites: food, drinks, families, and music.

This event, however, isn't like the others. Though the event promises to bring joy to anyone who attends, it's also promised that the proceeds and ticket sales from this unique event will go to the West Valley Fire Department. That means your money is going to a good place: buying important safety equipment, supporting the local firefighter fund, and protecting the community—all while recognizing the dedication of the local firefighting team.

• Where: Washoe Park in Anaconda, MT
• Prices: $15 pre-sale, $25 at the event, with kids 12 and under getting free admission (ticket purchasing info below)
• Music from: Kyle Hunter & The Montana Standard, Mark Duboise Trio, Lance Handyside, and much more
• Additional details: No pets, no outside coolers allowed, and it is recommended you bring your own chairs/blankets
